Claudio Teri - Co-Founder

Claudio is a highly skilled individual with 25 years’ experience in the industry, starting as an estimator and 
working his way up gaining a wealth of knowledge and a fantastic reputation for delivering high quality projects 
whilst keeping cost certainty to the Client.
Claudio began his career by graduating at Florence University with a master’s degree in Structural Engineering 
whilst managing the family business alongside his father.


Here he developed some large projects for the Italian government and the US State Defense spanning from 
worldwide famous museum refurbishments (PItti and Uffizi) to US consulates across Italy (Florence and 
Milan).


He has great communication, adaptability and people skills, Claudio works well in a team as well as 
independently. He provides good value for money for our clients and has formed strong relationships with 
supply chain across the industry.
Claudio only selects the most competent and capable contractors to deliver our projects to the best quality - 
contractors that he trusts and works with frequently.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Providing commercial advice to the client team.
• Recognising value engineering opportunities for the Project Team.
• Manage budget and control project costs.
• Manage subcontract packages and payments.
• Maintain and develop client relationships.
• Issue monthly/ interim valuations.
• Track changes to the scope and report accordingly.
• Monitor the programme along with the site.

 QUALIFICATIONS:
• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering.
• Asbestos safety.

Rob Tuma - Co-Founder

Rob has over 20 years’ experience within the commercial fit out industry from Trainee Services Manager to 
Contracts Manager. He has a strong work ethic and interpersonal skills that enable him to work well as part of 
a team or independently. 

His track record is working on fit out and refurbishment projects in the public and private sectors. Rob has 
created a network of relationships through the industry by providing high quality standards and seamless 
delivery of projects. 

Rob takes pride in working within a team environment taking complete ownership of all fit out activities back 
to back with programme and maintaining the highest of Health & Safety standards. Each project becomes a 
personal aspiration to ensure that we have an enjoyable journey taking leadership in a transparent approach. His experienced eye for detail leaves a lasting impression delighting our clients.
He has had the pleasure of 
working with great clients, which include Colliers International, Pontegadea UK, Blackrock, Howard de Walden 
Estate,Landsec, Cordatus, BNP Paribas and Savills.

• Management of all on site activities.
• Co-ordination between trades and sequence activities.

• To manage and set Health & Safety standards.
• To manage quality assurance procedures and engage with client team.
• To ensure there are no disruption to building tenants.
• O&M delivery in line with project handover.

Kaj Lal - Administration

Kaj, brings a dynamic blend of practical knowledge and strategic vision 
to the team. With two years of commercial construction experience, Kaj quickly became a key player in driving project success.

In his role, Kaj is involved in most aspects of site operations, helping to 
ensure projects are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards of 
quality and safety.  

His role includes the day to day running of the projects, site set-up, ordering 
of materials,  creation of O&M manuals, liaising with the security, tenants 
and building maintenance to support the progress of the project.

Additionally, Kaj plays a crucial role in developing the commercial aspects of 
the business. Drawing from his background in business administration, he identifies opportunities for improvement, cultivates strategic partnerships, and implements solutions to meet client requirements.

Driven by a passion for excellence, Kaj demonstrates a dedication and 
integrity to helping ensure projects meet the clients objectives with 
professionalism.

• Supervision of all on site activities.

• Ensure Health & Safety standards are met.
• To manage quality assurance procedures and engage with client team.
• To ensure there are no disruption to building tenants.
• Assist with adminstartion of record drawaings O&M delivery in line with project handover.
